Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso (Starbucks Dupe)

Ingredients

4 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
6 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 double shots espresso (4 shots total)
Ice cubes
Oat milk

Directions

  1. In a small frying pan or saucepan over medium-high heat, add the following:
  2. Whisk to combine.
  3. Once simmering, lower the heat and simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sugar has dissolved and the syrup thickens slightly.
  4. Set aside while you prepare the rest of the drink.
  5. Brew 2 double shots espresso (4 shots total).
  6. Place the espresso, 3 tbsp of the syrup, and a few ice cubes in a mason jar.
  7. Shake vigorously for 1–2 minutes, or until frothy.
  8. Divide between two glasses filled with ice, top with oat milk.
  9. Stir and enjoy immediately!
